Arabic

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Transliteration
Subhanallah (33 times), Alhamdu lillah (33 times), Allahu akbar (34 times).
Meaning
Allah is pure and free of all imperfection (33 times), praise be to Allah (33 times), Allah is the greatest (34 times).

When it is recited

Before getting into bed, one says “Subhanallah” 33 times, “Alhamdulillah” 33 times, and “Allahu akbar” 34 times.

Virtue

According to the hadith, this tasbih is better for a person than a servant; it eases the body's tiredness.
