Arabic

اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ

Transliteration
Allahumma qini adhabaka yawma tab'athu ibadaka.
Meaning
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants.

When it is recited

Recited three times when lying down, turning onto the right side and placing the hand under the cheek.

Virtue

Before sleep, it directs a person to remember the Hereafter and to seek refuge in Allah.
