يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ

Transliteration
Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyumu bi rahmatika astaghith.
Meaning
O Ever-Living, O Sustainer of all existence, I seek help through Your mercy.
