أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ، رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، أَنْ يَشْفِيَكَ

Transliteration
As'alullahal-Azima, Rabbal-Arshil-Azim, an yashfiyaka.
Meaning
I ask Allah, the Magnificent, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to grant you healing.

When it is recited

It is recited seven times at the bedside of a sick person whose appointed time of death has not yet come.

According to the hadith, whoever recites this dua seven times at the bedside of a sick person whose appointed time has not yet come will, with Allah's permission, be granted healing.
