أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Transliteration
Anni massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimin.
Meaning
Indeed, affliction (illness) has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
