آمَنْتُ بِاللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ
- Transliteration
- Amantu billahi wa rusulih.
- Meaning
- I have believed in Allah and His messengers.
When it is recited
These words are said when satanic doubt or whispering about Allah and faith enters the mind, and one turns away from that thought.
Virtue
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stated that when Shaytan comes to a person and whispers, “Who created this, who created that,” the person should say “I have believed in Allah” and turn away from that thought.
