اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ
- Transliteration
- Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli afiyatika, wa fuja'ati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatika.
- Meaning
- O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessing, from the change of Your wellbeing, from the sudden coming of Your punishment, and from all of Your wrath.

It is recited when wishing for the continuation of one's blessings, health and wellbeing, and at a time of fearing sudden calamity.
Virtue
This dua is one of the refuge duas of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); it was taught to protect a person from losing their blessings and from the wrath of Allah.
