Arabic

أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

Transliteration
U'idhuka bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa min kulli aynin lammah.
Meaning
I entrust you to the perfect words of Allah, from the evil of every devil and venomous creature, and from the evil of every evil eye (filled with envy).

When it is recited

It is recited for protection from the evil eye over a child or a person. For one person it is said as “u'idhuka,” for two people as “u'idhukuma,” and for oneself as “a'udhu.”

Virtue

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would entrust his grandsons Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them) to Allah with these words, and would state that this was the refuge Ibrahim (peace be upon him) sought for his children.
