أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

Transliteration
A'udhu bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.
Meaning
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
