Surah Al-Baqarah, 37

Explanation

  1. Guiding to repentance too

Interestingly, it is Allah who grants even the wish to repent. The Quran says: "Then He turned to them so they could repent" (At-Tawbah, 118). That is, it is He who stirs remorse in a servant's heart as well.

  2. The door of repentance is open

However great the sin, the repentance of one who returns with sincere remorse is accepted: "Indeed, Allah loves those who repent" (Al-Baqarah, 222). This name leaves no room for despair and constantly calls a person back to Allah.
